Creatine is a metabolite the body produces naturally to supply the muscles with energy. A higher creatine level helps relieve fatigue, improves the metabolism inside muscle cells and strengthens the body's capabilities. It is the most studied food supplement of all. Creatine can quickly raise your muscle cells' capacity to resynthesise adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's main energy source. Creatine monohydrate taken in the muscles turns into a molecule called phosphocreatine, the main source for ATP resynthesis. With a high ATP level you can complete harder workouts and recover faster afterwards. Another benefit of creatine is the process that increases cell volume: creatine monohydrate draws water into the muscle cell, which effectively increases muscle volume. Why does muscle-cell volume matter? According to research, cell hydration and greater cell volume prevent protein breakdown and stimulate protein synthesis. By saturating your muscles with creatine you can increase intracellular fluid — and get bigger muscles and more weight as a result.

Key features and benefits of Vitamin Power Creatine Monohydrate: – adds strength and energy – adds weight and muscle mass – blocks catabolic processes – stimulates protein synthesis – boosts ATP resynthesis – hydrates the muscle cell – contains no calories, carbohydrates or sugar – proudly made in Georgia
